Global Warming and the big picture

Figure A is an illustration of the layers of the ocean. Any life that exists, say, in the Abyssopelagic zone would die should it be subjected to the pressure and temperature change of being raised to the Epipelagic zone. Does that sound familiar about us humans? The same would happen to us should we be shot into space without the proper gear. So think about this. How much do we really know about the universe or even the galaxy that surrounds us? Lets say a Gulper Eel, which inhabits the space between the bottom of the Bathypelagic and Hadalpelagic zones, somehow devises a shell that enables him to visit the Epipelagic zone. That would be like us going to the moon. It was impossible once, but now it can be done with very special minimums being met. So does that mean that this Gulper Eel now knows everything about HIS universe? Of course not.

Think about the big picture here. Sixty percent of the Earth is covered in water and probably less than half of that is covered by land which is inhabited by people who frequently use combustion engines and every other type of product that members of the global warming religion shun. And yeah, you read that correctly. To me, global warming is nothing more than a wack job religious movement. How so? These are typically the same people who place themselves on this higher pedestal of understanding about how the universe and all life came to be while frowning upon and hurling insults at those of us who believe in a God. They say there is no proof one exists, they have NO proof that global warming exists.

The constant cry of "look at the proof" is there but where is the proof? In case you need a reminder of how wrong scientists can be,CLICK HERE to read that famous Newsweek article from 1975 that warned of the coming ICE AGE. Or did all of you forget about that? Which brings me to another point, have you noticed lately how the term 'global warming' seems to be fading out and the new term is 'climate change'? Why could that be? Maybe because all of these so-called experts can't even agree with themselves and are starting to change their minds AGAIN? Wow, what a shocker! You mean the United States and a handful of other countries isn't going to cause the Earth to erupt in a ball of flames? What a revelation!

I was watching the news and some parts of the country are actually 20+ below their averages for this time of the year. We have inhabited this planet for less than a second in the larger picture of time and yet we think we know everything about it. To think we can have any impact on something such as its climate is the biggest illusion of granduer I've ever seen. That would be like the gulper eel starting to believe if it doesn't stop eating a certain type of fish, it's going to be responsible for the demise of the ocean. Seems ridiculous doesn't it? From modern use of stargazing equipment, we have already estimated there to be a billion galaxies in the universe just from what we have been able to see. How do we know we're not merely an air bubble of a galaxy in a vast ocean of a universe? We don't and we probably never will. Much the way the gulper eel can't even begin to grasp the concept that there is life above him on dry ground, we know nothing of the universe we inhabit.

But we're going to change the Earths entire climate. These are the same scientists who until recently always professed how life cannot exist without the sun and yet just from the ONE percent of the deepest regions of the sea we have been able to explore, we have already found coral reef that does in fact exist without drawing any energy from the sun whatsoever. We don't even understand the life that exists below us a mere 5000 meters and we think we know everything else? Put the bong down, quit being afraid and live your lives. We are constantly being bombarded by idiots like Al Gore and hollywood celebrities on how we need to change our lives while they drive around in limos, private jets etc etc. Why people are so blind to see this for themselves is beyond me.

You're the same people who complain about the price of gas, yet don't want any kind of drilling which would enable this country to be much more self reliant. I've seen people argue that "BIG OIL" should be investing in research for alternative fuels. Explain to me why in the hell they would want to do such a thing. Do you have no grasp whatsoever on how business works? Why would they want to cause themselves to go extinct? If you liberals are so concerned with it, why don't YOU find alternative ways? Because it's easier to cry and moan that the work should be done by someone else and you should have to do more than simply reap the benefits right? Of course, because thats how liberals think. It's the way they have always thought and thats why this country has become so limp wristed. It's easier to point blame and collect handouts right?

We are not changing the climate, scientists are always backpeddaling and global warming is a load of crap.
